Returns & Exchange

From the moment you receive your order, you have a maximum of 14 days to exchange an item for a different product or to request a refund by dropping it off at a DPD service point. The cost of returning a dress is €49.95. The fee for exchanging a dress for a different size is €24.95 (shipping costs).
